We absolutely adore going to the beach. John and I have gone since we were dating and it has continued as a tradition every year (minus a few when he was in grad school and we couldn't go). I thought as we look forward to our annual trip this month, I would take you on a look back at the previous few years. My boys LOVE the sand and the water and could play for hours building castles and driving trains. I am hoping this year they will be interested in playing on a boogie board! We have gone to Gulf Shores,Denstin, and Pensacola and just love anywhere the sun shines, the sand is hot, and the water is blue! Isn't God amazing to create all of this for us???!

This year we stayed in Destin and it was a forced evacuation right after hurricane Katrina hit. We tried to make the best of it just grateful we would have a home to go back to.

The panhandle is incredible. Love those beaches! Sugar sands and emerald water.
