Mardi Gras fun

I survived a few parades. We have had great weather! I braved our annual night parade last night and it was fun.  I stayed on the golf cart and chilled while the boys caught beads.  They had a great time!

35 weeks and not thrilled, WIWW

BP is up, feeling crappy, headache and tired, so swollen, but this little guy reminds me everyday that I am blessed with the miracle of being his mommy!!! Please pray that I can slow down and make it a few more weeks so he can get fat and healthy!!!  This is now officially the only pair of jeans I can wear and I refuse to buy more maternity stuff, and my shirts are stretched to capacity!!  I've been throwing a cardigan over this to cover my rear and hopefully people can focus on the jewelry and not the large, round, everything else!!

 

Valentine's Day was good and my hubby was so sweet to get me a card and necklace!!  He is anti commercialized express your love day!  Anyway, he was very thoughtful and it helped me feel better in "my delicate state"

Lazy Day

We stayed home from church today and played hookie, something we usually never do.  I contracted all day yesterday after basketball game, piano recital, and soccer game.  So we thought today should be low key.  Even though that always ends up including house work and haircuts and homework, and other mandatory things that mommy's never get to take off from!  It's cold here today, first real day of winter we've had all season.  I'm in jammies and slippers and had a fire in the fireplace last night.  I ready to meet this little one.  I'm anxious for my doctor appointment tomorrow.  He'll probably check me after a weekend of contractions that I didn't call him about.  I SO swollen too.  I knew my body had issues with being pregnant, it's still hard to feel huge and look so different.  Everyone has a comment for me, and I mean EVERYONE!!! I can't go anywhere without gasps and shrieks and comments about needing to get straight to the hospital before I deliver right on the sidewalk! I just smile and say, no, it's not quite time... thinking to myself, they would die if they knew I wasn't due until the middle of March!

In other issues, I just got the new iphone 4s and I can't get it to sync or get my pictures off of it, used to upload all my instagram stuff to post, and now, nothing! SO frustrating!! THoughts?

SURPRISE!!

I have the most amazing friends and family!!  I went out to what I thought was breakfast with 1 friend and ended walking into an entire surprise baby shower! It was awesome! Other than waking up more swollen then ever, I had a wonderful time and got some adorable stuff for Hudson!!!!

34 weeks

I'm running around like a crazy person with piano, basketball, soccer, school, plexus, and everything else motherhood entails, but I wouldn't have it any other way!!! Life is good.  I'm so anxious to meet Hudson!
The sun is shining and I'm in the mood to just chill outside. I'll post more later!!
